What is the maximum speed of the jet skis?
Our jet skis (Yamaha VX Deluxe) can reach up to 55 km/h, but we limit to 40 km/h for safety. You can request a 'fast ride' with a professional driver if you want higher speeds – this is called a 'jet ski ride as passenger' (available on request). Call +918180951176 for that option.
Is there a weight limit for jet skiing?
Maximum weight per jet ski is 130 kg. For two people riding together (double), combined weight must be under 150 kg. We have a weighing scale at the beach. If you exceed the limit, we cannot allow you to ride for safety. Full refund if you cancel on the spot due to weight.
How do I get to Candolim Beach for jet skiing?
Transport is not included. Use pavancab.com via WhatsApp +918180951176. The jet ski operator is located near the Candolim Beach parking lot (north end). If driving, paid parking is available (₹50 per hour). You can also walk from most Candolim hotels within 10-15 minutes.
What is your policy on cancellations due to high tide or rough sea?
Jet skiing operates in calm sea conditions. If the operator deems conditions unsafe, we cancel and give 100% refund or reschedule. If you cancel within 1 hour of your slot due to personal reasons, 50% refund. No refund for no-shows. Always call ahead to confirm conditions on +918180951176.
