The best time to visit Fatrade Beach is from October to March, when the weather is cool and dry, ideal for swimming and enjoying the local fishing village atmosphere. This quiet beach near Varca is known for its clean sand and peaceful vibe, with a few shacks offering fresh seafood.
From April to May, temperatures rise, but Fatrade remains serene and uncrowded. You can still enjoy swimming in the morning and evening. The shacks may have limited hours, but the tranquility makes up for it. Carry water and sunscreen.
The monsoon season (June to September) brings heavy rains and rough seas, making swimming dangerous. Most shacks close, and the beach becomes very quiet. If you enjoy solitude, Fatrade offers a calm monsoon retreat.
